Main responsibilities:
- Posting job advertisements to various websites;
- Screening incoming CV and researching for suitable candidates;
- Communicating with applicants on a daily basis with some guidance and supervision;
- Schedule interviews;
- Helping to manage on boarding and off boarding procedures;
- Helping to develop performance review, staff retention, motivation and other policies and standard documents;
- Helping to organise corporate meeting and team building events.
