Paid Social Media Manager (Meta / TikTok Focus) to $1500 (offline)

Job Summary:

The Paid Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns on Meta and TikTok. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and creative expertise. The ideal candidate will have experience managing paid social budgets, analyzing performance metrics, and creating engaging ad content that drives engagement and conversions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid social media strategies on Meta and TikTok platforms.
  • Create, produce, and manage high-quality ad creative, including graphics, videos, and copy, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid social strategies with overall marketing goals and initiatives.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiment with new ad formats and features to improve campaign performance.
  • Manage and allocate paid social media budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media advertising.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including KPIs, trends, and insights to key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing paid social media campaigns, specifically on Meta and TikTok.
  • Proven track record of producing and managing successful ad creative that drives engagement and conversions on Meta and TikTok.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must have agency experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with video production and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Certification in Meta Blueprint and/or TikTok Ads Academy.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and partnerships on Meta and TikTok.

    We are def looking for a person that worked in the agency and worked with DTC ecommerce brands. Only ecommerce.  Agency experience is a must.
