The following skills are important to us:
— At least 1 year of experience as a B2B account/promo/product manager in the iGaming industry;
— Level of knowledge of English — B1 or higher;
— Strong social skills and a natural talent for communicating with people, experience in conducting business and negotiating with customers and
providers;
— Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a team toward success;
— Confident use of Excel or Google Sheets or Airtable and ability to work with new tools;
— Attention to detail and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals;
— Multi-tasking abilities and desire to optimize work processes;
— Tenacity and critical thinking;
— Positive attitude, open-mindedness, and a passion for working with people, both within the team and with clients.
Your future responsibilities:
Team Management:
— Lead and manage a team of Promo AMs (with potential for team expansion as the company grows);
— Mentor and coach team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment;
— Plan and balance the team’s workload, ensuring that all tasks are distributed efficiently and effectively.
Process Improvement:
— Continuously evaluate and refine team processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
— Implement best practices and strategies to improve the team’s performance and output.
Client Interaction & Issue Resolution:
— Directly engage with clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded;
— Assist in resolving client issues promptly, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Collaboration & Communication:
— Work closely with the Client AM, BI and BizDev teams to align promotional strategies and ensure seamless execution;
— Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure that promotional activities are aligned with the goals and industry trends.
Performance:
— Planning, organizing and tracking promotional activity from product providers;
— Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Promo AM team, ensuring key metrics such as client satisfaction, promotional activity growth, and overall team performance are met;
— Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
