Senior HRBP

Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry. Born in 2014, they rocked the CIS region, and now take the success to the world.

Currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align our HR practices with business goals, enhance employee engagement, and support our managers and employees in building a high-performing culture.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, adaptation, performance management, compensation and benefits, salary review cycles, and grading.
  • Holding regular one-on-one meetings with employees.
  • Providing support to employees with various issues (70-80 employees).
  • Assisting and coaching managers on team-related matters.
  • Participating in surveys, research, analytics, and report preparation.
  • Working on enhancing employee loyalty and engagement to improve retention.
  • Resolving conflicts and addressing problematic situations within teams.
  • Contributing to the development of corporate culture.
  • Organizing informal meetings and team-building activities with the relevant teams.
  • Participating in other HR projects upon TOp Managers request as needed.

     

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience as an HR Business Partner or similar position.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR processes and tools.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and dispute management.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
  • Competent in using Excel, Google Presentations, and Figma.
  • Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, and Slack is a plus.
