Machine Learning Engineer with Computer Vision experience (offline)

Requirements:

Python, C++, R, Matlab, Linux
Kaggle rating (or similar)
Knowledge of scikit, NumPy, Pandas
Experience with modern CV methods/libraries
ML/ DL experience and frameworks: TF, PyTorch, Theano, MXNet, Keras, Neon, Caffe, Torch.
Master degree in Computer Science (or Bachelor)
University disciplines: mathematics, physics, signal processing, electronics
Take a part in Olympics (math, physics)
Science degree and research activity.
