Your Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Organize photo studio operations, ensure adherence to customer service standards.
  • Financial Accounting: Maintain accounting, control budget, analyze financial performance.
  • Business Development: Acquire new clients, expand service range, increase profit.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and motivate employees, build an effective team.
  • Process Optimization: Implement new systems and tools to optimize studio operations.

     

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience managing a studio, store, or clinic.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in various accounting and management systems.
    • Negotiation and contract management experience.
    • High level of responsibility and performance.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask.
  • Personal Qualities:
    • Systematic thinking, attention to detail.
    • Initiative, proactivity.
    • Desire for development and improvement.
  • Languages:

    • Fluent Polish and English.
