Your Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Organize photo studio operations, ensure adherence to customer service standards.
- Financial Accounting: Maintain accounting, control budget, analyze financial performance.
- Business Development: Acquire new clients, expand service range, increase profit.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and motivate employees, build an effective team.
Process Optimization: Implement new systems and tools to optimize studio operations.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience managing a studio, store, or clinic.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in various accounting and management systems.
- Negotiation and contract management experience.
- High level of responsibility and performance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Personal Qualities:
- Systematic thinking, attention to detail.
- Initiative, proactivity.
- Desire for development and improvement.
Languages:
- Fluent Polish and English.
