Lead Generation Specialist (offline)

We are looking for a Lead Generation Manager

Your mission in our team will be to transform prospects who are unaware of the amazing opportunities at Software Development Hub into leads eager to implement the most ambitious projects with us. Your daily game plan:

- Dive into the target audience (mainly the high-tech sector in the EU and the US) to understand their buying potential and needs.
- Choose your tools: Emails, LinkedIn, voice notes, videos, or cold calls – use whatever you find necessary to ensure your message reaches the target audience.
- Create personalized messages and further strategies to attract various types of leads in close collaboration with BDM.
- Be ready not only to join the team but also to continuously learn to become even stronger.


We are looking for candidates with:

- Proven experience in lead generation (3+ years), ideally in software sales in the US and EU markets.
- A creative approach to the job, never-give-up attitude, and analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to write concise, thoughtful, and personalized messages and emails.
- High level of English (upper-intermediate or above) is a must.
- Proficiency in using automation tools and CRM systems.
