Softengi is looking for a talented Junior IT Recruiter to join our friendly team.

 

Your qualification:

• Experience as a recruiter/completion of relevant courses

• Experience with X-ray and Boolean search

• Knowledge of the main channels and tools for finding candidates, methods of professional selection

• Knowledge of working with Excel, Jira

• Experience writing meaningful pitches and strong communication skills

• Knowledge of IT technologies

• Presentation skills

• Multitasking skills, attention to details

• Creative thinking and analytical skills

• Responsibility in decision making

• A positive personality, a high level of empathy

• English Upper-Intermediate

 

Responsibilities:

• Partnership with a to attract industry the best talents

• Active search for candidates on web-resources

• Analysis of candidates' resumes based on the specifics and requirements for the vacancy

• Formulate requirements for vacancies and create their description

• Communication with candidates

• Planning interviews with candidates

• Working with different sources to find the relevant candidate - Linkedin, Djinni, DOU, etc

 

Necessary steps that will help you to get an offer from our company:

• Interview with a Head of IT Recruitment Specialist (20-30 minutes)

• Small practical assignment
