Product Manager (offline)

Location: Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan (remote)


We are on the lookout for a passionate and driven Product Manager to join our online trading company.

🔍 Your Focus: Regulatory Compliance

Key Responsibilities:

📊 Conduct comprehensive competitive analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends
🤝 Collaborate with business owners to gather, validate, and prioritize internal business requirements
📈 Utilize BI/analytics to gather customer insights, identify pain points, and measure the impact of new features
📊 Monitor product KPIs, identify contributing features, and drive your product towards success
📝 Author detailed product requirement documents, Epics, and User stories
🔄 Work closely with R&D and Project Managers to ensure seamless sprint execution
🚀 Continuously monitor and enhance feature performance throughout their lifecycle

Requirements:

✅ Proven experience in similar roles (Technical Roles, Customer Success, BI) - Advantage
📚 Deep understanding and practical knowledge of the online trading industry - Advantage
⚖️ Extensive experience with regulations, legal, and compliance matters - A huge advantage
💹 Experience as a CFD trader - Advantage
📊 Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to leverage data analysis and A/B testing to improve customer experiences
💻 Strong technical background and understanding
🗣️ Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
🚀 Self-starter with a proactive approach, capable of driving projects forward and leading cross-functional teams towards effective solutions
🤝 Demonstrates autonomy, accountability, and a strong sense of ownership
🏅 Team player with the ability to lead by example and inspire others
