Chief Marketing Officer/Prospective CEO - AUGMENTED REALITY STARTUP

We are an augmented reality startup, with seed venture capital funding and released iOS and Android apps, looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to join our founding team. We expect this person to transition into the CEO position after 2 months.

ZIR began as an augmented reality art startup looking to disrupt the traditional art market by creating AR layers for artworks. Since our inception and two successful fundraisings, ZIR has broadened its focus to all creators—those that create. ZIR continues to work with artists to bring artworks to life, but also works with companies and organizations to increase the engagement and interactive-ness of their brands by helping to deliver memorable marketing experiences.

We are looking for a startup-hardened, motivated leader who will be able to lead ZIR through global competition, resulting in ZIR artworks hanging in millions of homes & offices and the ZIR app installed on tens of millions of users’ phones. As the business development director, your primary focus will be on developing strategic, high-yield partnership and sales channels that will help drive revenue for the company. As the CEO, you will responsible for all aspects of the company and its team.

Your responsibilities would include:
• Having an in-depth knowledge of marketing business products and communicating value proposition
• Following industry trends, locally and internationally
• Implementing lean customer acquisition strategy through offline and online channels to result in increased revenues
• Focus on Sales Funnel optimization
• Design and execute Social Media Strategy 
• Work with CTO to define product growth based on user feedback 
• Work with analytical tools & user data to understand market behavior
• Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
