HR Generalist (offline)

Key responsibilities

  • Comprehensive HR management: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
  • Strategic development: Craft and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Data-driven decision-making: Leverage analytics and metrics to guide HR and management decisions.
  • Employee relations: Serve as a liaison between staff and management, resolving concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Culture and training: Promote an engaging workplace culture and design impactful training programs.
  • Compliance and best practices: Ensure adherence to regulations and HR best practices.
  • Effective communication: Establish and maintain effective one-on-one communication with team members.
  • Project management: Take responsibility for individual projects and implement your knowledge and ideas in practice.


Qualifications

  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar HR role, demonstrating proficiency in managing the full employee lifecycle.
  • Onboarding and offboarding: Comprehensive understanding of onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for employees.
  • Recruitment: Proven track record of successful recruitment cases and experience with various recruitment tools and strategies.
  • HR initiatives: Experience in implementing HR initiatives from scratch, demonstrating the ability to take concepts from idea to execution.
  • HR business processes: Proven ability to design, implement, and support HR business processes.
  • English proficiency: B2 level English proficiency.
  • HR branding: Understanding of how to develop and enhance internal and external HR branding.
  • HR metrics: Strong knowledge of HR and recruitment metrics, and the ability to analyze and utilize these metrics effectively.
  • HR analytics: Experience conducting HR analytics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
  • PDP knowledge: In-depth knowledge and experience with the Performance Development Plan (PDP) process, encompassing all stages, including goal setting, continuous feedback, and performance evaluation.
  • Creative initiatives: Experience with creative HR initiatives and projects.
  • Market analysis: Experience in market analysis related to HR trends and practices.
