Dynamics 365 Consultant (offline)

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and understanding customer and business needs
• Translating business requirements into business value
• Configuring and developing from the client side of CRM
• Designing and building functional solutions
• Working in an agile team setting, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
• Aligning and coordinating work items with developers and stakeholders
• Writing documentation and instructions for training purposes
• Actively tracking tech trends and developments around Dynamics and Power Platform, and advising the client on improvements

Skills required:

• At least 4 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 consultant and/or developer
• Some experience with coding in C# and using .NET; knowledge of JavaScript is a plus
• Experience with the integration capabilities of Dynamics 365 with other systems
• Experience with the Power Platform, such as PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, and/or Power BI
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
• Fluency in English
