We are seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager with a passion for technology and blockchain. The ideal candidate will excel in team management, conflict resolution, and building lasting client relationships, all while thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in active communication with the development team and clients, ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Maintain up-to-date information flow between contract parties.
• Skillfully resolve conflicts to ensure smooth project progression.
• Identify and pursue upsell opportunities to enhance client value.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project status reports.

• Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

   

Requirements:

• Experience as IT Project Manager or Customer Success Manager.
• Understanding of project management processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in task assignment, and performance evaluation.
• High level of organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Technical understanding of IT infrastructure, web development, and software.
• Experience working with CRM, 
• Understanding of the Pipeline process. 
• KPI oriented mind

• High proficiency in English and Ukrainian.
