IT Support Specialist (offline)

We are seeking a highly organized person to join our company as an IT Support Specialist. You'll help manage our office activities and system administration.

Required Skills:

• B2 English is a must
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus
• Experience as Project manager, HR, Office Manager, and Sysadmin will be a huge plus
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 

Responsibilities:

• Resolving technical problems with desktops, laptops, and other devices. This can involve diagnosing hardware failures, software glitches, or network connectivity issues
• Assisting end-users with software applications, email setup, account management, and other IT-related tasks
• Help with network-related issues
• Implement automation tools to streamline tasks and improve efficiency in system administration processes
• Ensure all IT systems comply with security policies
• Staying updated with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in system administration
• Analyze office needs and blockers and help to solve them, create comfort in our office
• Maintaining accurate records of IT assets
