We at Flizz are looking for a highly skilled Customer Success talent with good english language skills within our customer success department, to help clients with their requests, manage the CRM system and to make sure tasks are getting to the right teams. We look for someone with a creative mind, a high sense of responsability and a out of the box thinking mind when it comes to customer success.

You will be operating under our general manager and report back to him. The job consists of writing with customers daily, hearing their requests, calling with customers, making sure their requests get pushed towards the right teams, also making sure small tweaks are done right away. Together with our general manager you will be discussing strategies and working out the strategy into perfection. Your ideas are heard as well and together we can grow this department to new heights.
