You will orchestrate international marketing initiatives: events, exhibitions, contests, awards…

Requirements:

• 5+ years of successful experience in global Marketing/sales or VIP relationship-building
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building long-term bound
• Deep understanding of marketing methodologies and negotiation techniques
• Fluency in English C1, along with Ukrainian or russian language
• Experience in communication with clients from the USA and EU

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with the Founder and specify creative ideas into practical actions
• Lead the Team of 2 Key Account Managers
• Cooperate with the in-house Digital Marketing Team
• Arrange marketing initiatives: industry events, exhibitions, contests and nominations
• Strategic planning and development  
• Revenue growth – closing big deals
• Client relationship management as their trusted advisor
• Proactive engagement and strategic account management
• Cultivate and nurture warm-lasting relationships with clients
• Gather insights from clients to inform service enhancements
• Deliver personalized attention and exceptional service
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty
