ODSC is seeking an experienced Product manager with Digital Marketing experience for ODSC inception, our Bootcamp, career lab events, and new data scientist hiring platform to speak to our growing data science and AI community. About the position:
ODSC is seeking an organized and strong communication individual to integrate our team. This position requires someone who is comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced, startup environment and is comfortable with responsibility and multi-tasking.
This position is for our office in Lviv, Ukraine and open to candidates who can commute there on a daily basis.

Your job is to drive our growth numbers and drive changes in product, marketing and elsewhere that fuel that growth
Manage strategy and execution of demand creation, demand generation, and customer acquisition marketing campaigns for ODSC, Data science hiring platform, and Career Expo events
Develop campaigns from concept and research through to writing promotional content across paid marketing, organic social media, email marketing
Monitor and optimize campaigns with a focus on measurable performance
Report on all marketing activity to assess reach, impact, and ROI
Analyze and optimize campaigns, draw insights, and present results clearly to facilitate sound decision-making and next steps
Research and acquire new media partners and marketing platforms that will generate new leads and drive customer acquisition
Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders, team, and partners
Direct experience using HubSpot (or other marketing automation platform), Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, and Google Analytics to create and manage campaigns, and measure outcomes and user engagement
Excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritize and multitask while driving results.
Proficient knowledge of marketing tools such as CRM, content management, social and analytics.
Experience with marketing for staffing firms is desired
Project Management skills is a must
Software Product Marketing Experience a plus
Interest and experience in PR a plus
Master’s is a plus
