About the role:

WinTech is in the initial phases of creating a new e-commerce store dedicated to distributing Research-Purpose-Only (RPO) peptides and nootropics of the highest quality. Our commitment is to serve our diverse clientele—ranging from dedicated researchers to passionate enthusiasts — with unparalleled quality products. We maintain strict testing protocols to ensure our products possess exceptional purity and meet the most rigorous industry standards.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of web-funnel performance and user behavior to identify areas of improvement
  • Develop and implement A/B testing and optimization strategies to increase conversion rates
  • Monitor metrics and analyse data to generate actionable insights, find trends, patterns and provide recommendations to maximize KPIs
  • Work closely with the marketing, design teams and data analyst to create effective landing pages and conversion paths
  • Utilize data and analytics tools to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the success of optimization efforts
  • Collaborate with the product development team to improve user experience and functionality
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in CRO and implement innovative techniques

     

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in CRO with a track record of improving conversion rates on websites or web funnels
  • At least 3+ years of work experience as a Conversion Rate Optimization Manager
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics
  • Experience with A/B testing platforms, such as Optimizely or VWO
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions that align with the organization’s goals.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field

     

Nice To Haves:

  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Experience with popular BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar
  • Experience in marketing: attribution, UTM parameters, ROAS
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights based on the data.
  • Strong spoken and written English
