Requirements:

• 5+ years of successful experience in B2B sales or VIP relationship building
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building long-term bound
• Deep understanding of sales methodologies and negotiation techniques
• Fluency in English C1, along with Ukrainian or russian language
• Experience in communication with clients from the USA and EU

Competitive Advantage:

• Prior experience in the sphere of interior design/architecture – is an asset, it will provide you with a deeper understanding of client preferences
• Familiarity with 3D visualization is a plus – enhancing your ability to articulate design concepts and solutions to clients

• Lead the Team of 2 Key Account Managers
• Revenue growth – closing big deals and upselling
• Client relationship management as their trusted advisor
• Proactive engagement and strategic account management
• Cultivate and nurture warm-lasting relationships with clients
• Gather insights from clients to inform service enhancements
• Deliver personalized attention and exceptional service
