Our client is an asset management company (a single-family office) of an international investment group of companies, headquartered in Limassol, Cyprus. As a IT Security Manager, you will be responsible for 3 locations: Limassol (Cyprus), Riga (Latvia), and Kyiv (Ukraine). The total number of employees - 50.
Responsibilities:
- Define IT Security strategy and lead its execution
- Control compliance with security rules and overall security awareness of the staff
- Organize IT processes (asset, configuration, patch management, it support, etc.) in a secure and reliable manner
- Organize secure communication and overall data security in the Company
- Implement, govern, and control proper IT and Security process execution such as Access Management, Incident Management, etc.
- Ensuring the ability to resist against viruses, malware, and ransomware
- Establishing efficient controls over data leakages
- Leading cybersecurity investigation with coordination of management and other functions
- Distribution of tasks and monitoring their completion within teams
- Budget planning and IT procurement management
- Interaction with equipment and software suppliers
- Accounting of IT assets
Requirements:
- Higher Degree in IT or Computer Science.
- At least 5 years of experience working in various I Security or IT departments
- At least 1 year of experience in a managerial position being responsible for overall Information/IT Security domains
- Strong knowledge of Information Security and IT Security standards and frameworks (ISO, NIST, CIS, etc.)
- Understanding of the service approach to IT management, knowledge of ITIL and ITSM fundamentals
- Proven track record in managing IT Security or IT implementation projects companywide
- Experience in securing (and operating) core IT systems and services
- Microsoft Infrastructure (Active Directory, DFS, RDP, etc.)
- Networking and routing: microtik, pritunl, vpn, .1x (radius)
- Virtualisation: proxmox
- Emails services: Google Workspace, zimbra
- Various cloud services and internal application
- End-user devices: Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android
- (AD, Google Workspace, antivirus systems, backup solutions)
- Practical experience in the operation and configuration of IT security tools:
- Antiviruses: SEP or similar
- Mobile Device Management: Google, Zoho or similar
- ZTNA tools or services
- DLP solutions
- Understanding of the basic principles of TCP/IP network architecture, security concerns, and operation
- Knowledge of the Business Continuity Management process and its implementation
- At least an Intermediate level of English
- Experience in budget management
- Experience in interacting with vendors and partners
