    Essential Expertise:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in online reputation management is required
  • Experience managing a majority of the following online platforms: Google Business Reviews, BBB Reviews, Trustpilot, Sitejabber, Pissedcounsumers, Reseller Ratings, Manage Google Business Profile, Yelp Reviews, LinkedIn Company account, Facebook Comments, Twitter(X), Email complaints, TripAdvisor, PR/News articles
  • Experience in developing and executing reputation strategies for online/e-commerce brands
  • Experience in managing social media profiles & Search Engine Optimization
  • Familiarity with handling an American audience is a plus

    Key Contributions:
  • Monitoring: Track online mentions on social media, review sites, forums, and other platforms to stay updated on public sentiment
  • Reputation Repair: Create and implement strategies, such as public relations campaigns, to fix a damaged online reputation
  • Responding: Address negative comments or reviews quickly and professionally, engaging with customers to resolve their issues
  • Content Creation: Produce and promote positive content like blog posts, articles, social media updates, and press releases to improve the online reputation
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize content so that positive information ranks higher in search results, pushing down negative content. Engage in forums like Yelp and TripAdvisor to enhance the company's reputation.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee social media profiles to ensure they reflect the desired image and positively engage with followers
