Head of Account Management

Mobilunity as a tech outsfaffing service provider has made its development path since 2010 into a company of 200+ and serving some 40+ amazing clients.

We face our organic growth but our capacities are way above that, and 2024 is devoted to be the year of qualitative growth.

We are looking for Head of Account Management/Client Success  with experience of D-level client relationships function organization and management in outsourcing/outstaffing service provider of headcount no less than 200-500 people.

 

Role Mission

  • Define new standards of Client Relationships allowing
    • Intensive accounts growth and development
    • Extensive account growth through same-organization introductions, and referrals
    • Our new services and businesses development 
    • Co-marketing 
  • Through
    • Building Partnership relationships on behalf of the company
    • Permanent researching over the client’s operations and needs
    • Designing and implementing client experience through their journey
    • Preventing fires
    • Orchestration of all communication and delivery around each and every client of ours
  • By
    • Defining the philosophy and strategy for the department
    • Defining and setting KPIs/goals to the team
    • Managing day to day operations of the team
    • Ensuring the Team’s development and capacity of performing
    • Supervising other departments operations and delivery related to the Clients

 

Ideal candidate

  • In b2b IT/software development provider client relationship function for at least 4-5 years
  • Last few years at least working in some growing 200-500+ service provider offering various services - from low-value dedicated development teams to higher-value tech consultancy
  • Had a hands on management experience no less of 4-5 years, with the teams of no smaller than 4-5 people
  • Speaks numbers, thinks strategy, delivers results
  • Must be a mix of “soft skill” pro-Client person (able to solve any problem and situation) and “hard skill” of processes set up and maintenance (seeing why things do not work as they should and fixing it not with the conversations but with the processes definition)
  • Must be capable of supervising recruitment processes for the clients specifically
  • Have Advanced level of English

 

Key hats to wear

  • Team manager - leading the team of 3-5 account managers on day to day basis, educating them, developing, ensuring the delivery
  • Management Board member - leading one of 4 key functions in the company, be involved into cross-department questions and solutions, discussions and strategic revisions of what is happening and why
  • Problem solver - on clients where needed, be a person to go and solve the issue in the best strategic interests of the company
  • Paralegal - have a skill to read and think deep within the contractual obligations, to see the risks, to prevent them, to make themselves an addendum serving our needs, to comment the contract comments from the client, etc
  • Sales manager - to be able to present our existing client something that they need, and that we are ready to do (directly or through own staff, does not matter here)
  • Mentor - to advise and mentor own and other team members in need for that
  • Hiring Manager for the Client - to supervise, guide and filter work done by the recruitment department for our clients
  • Financial manager - to be fully hands on with the numbers our clients are generating for us
  • Subordinate to the CEO - notify on plans and statuses, report, listen and hear, share, argue, defend what’s best for the Company
