Computer Vision Engineer (offline)

Must have skills:

  • At least 5 years of commercial experience as a Data Scientist
  • Strong knowledge of linear algebra, calculus, statistics, and probability theory
  • Knowledge and experience with algorithms, data structures, asynchronous and multiprocessing
  • Expertise in Computer Vision and Machine Learning
  • Strong experience with modern Neural Networks architectures (DNN, CNN, LSTM, etc.)
  • Experience with at least one of the Deep Learning frameworks (Tensorflow, PyTorch)
  • Strong knowledge of OOP
  • At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English (spoken and written)

 

Nice to have skills:

  • Experience with Ardupilot
  • Familiarity with drones
  • Docker practical experience
  • Experience with Cloud Computing Platforms (AWS, GCloud, Azure)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, Robotics, or a related field
  • Participation in Kaggle competitions

 

Your tasks will include:

  • Deployment of a neural network to the embedded device and optimization performance
  • Development of tracking algorithms
  • Development of Kalman filter for multiple signals fusion
  • Working with simulation environment AirSim/Gazebo/FlightGear
  • Working with Ardupilot

We are looking for a Computer Vision Engineer specializing in UAVs developing navigation applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong software development skills and an in-depth understanding of computer vision techniques. Additionally, expertise in UAV technology, navigation principles, and general knowledge of data science approaches is essential.
