Lead Generation Manager to $1000 (offline)

Vreal Soft is a Ukrainian IT company developing mobile applications and websites. We have been working successfully for more than 7 years on the market of the States and Israel. The head office is located in Cherkasy, but we are constantly developing and expanding the horizons of cooperation to other cities, currently we have opened a branch in Dnipro.

 

We are looking for a Lead Generation Manager to join our team to help drive the sales of our services. The successful candidate will assist in the implementation of the business development strategy to achieve business goals.

 

Skills:

  • Ability to develop and implement lead generation strategies using Upwork, LinkedIn, and Email outreach to identify and attract potential clients.
  • Experience with automated lead generation services.
  • Experience in client search on Upwork and similar platforms: creating and managing the company profile, participating in tenders, writing proposals, and understanding project filtering for bidding.
  • LinkedIn utilization:

  - Proficiency with Sales Navigator.

  - Experience in building a contact base according to a specified ICP.

  - Ability to bypass or extend LinkedIn limits.

  - Creating sequential email chains tailored to the ICP.

  - Communicating with leads to schedule meetings.

  • Email outreach:

  - Prepare and organize domains for future outreach.

  - Building an email database according to a specified ICP.

  - Developing email sequences.

  • Analysis and optimization: continuously analyze campaign results and optimize them.
  • Collaboration with the sales team: transferring qualified leads to the sales team and maintaining communication to increase conversion.
  • Ability to plan work metrics and report results.

 

Key Performance Indicator (KPI):

- The lead was transferred to the sales department according to ICP.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Lead Generation Manager.
  • Knowledge of platforms: experience with Upwork, Clutch, Crunchbase, LinkedIn, and email marketing tools.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English at an intermediate level, eagerness to communicate, and interest in people.
  • Ability to analyze data, numbers, and graphs and draw conclusions to improve lead generation strategy.
  • Understanding of B2B sales operations/experience in them.
  • High self-organization and ability to work systematically in a remote mode.
  • Ability to generate new ideas and approaches to client acquisition.
