Support manager

Relokia product is looking for a Support Manager for our products - the application developer for a customer support platform.

 

Together, we assist our customers in problems solving appeared in their businesses.

 

Our expectations for you:

 

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) — the level should be not less than B2 (obligatory).
  • The work team skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Experience in customer service.

 

In this role, you'll get to:

  • Client consulting out your product's features and specific options.
  • The technical inquiries resolution of clients.
  • Client communication via email, phone calls, and video calls.
