Operations Support Manager / COO Deputy (offline)

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

- Assisting in the coordination and management of projects.

- Tracking project progress and ensuring deadlines are met.

Communication Liaison:

- Serving as a point of contact between the COO and other executives, employees, and external parties.

- Communicating the COO’s directives and ensuring they are implemented.

Meeting Coordination:

- Organizing and preparing for meetings, including agenda creation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.

- Coordinating executive-level meetings, board meetings, and other high-level events.

Information Management:

- Conducting research and compiling information for the COO to support decision-making.

- Maintaining confidential files and records.

- Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.

Operational Support:

- Assisting with the implementation of company policies and procedures.

- Supporting operational initiatives and providing support.

Requirements:

Organizational Skills: 

- Managing multiple tasks, prioritizing work, and meeting deadlines.

Communication Skills: 

- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with executives

Discretion and Confidentiality:

- Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.

Technological Proficiency: 

- Proficiency in software and project management tools.

Detail-oriented: 

- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks and projects.

Interpersonal Skills: 

- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and work collaboratively.

- People management experience.
