We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Trainee-to-Junior to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with our product and development teams to analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the implementation of innovative solutions. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in the DeFi space and a passion for leveraging data to drive decision-making.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Upper-intermediate English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or other equivalent software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Interest in blockchain technology and decentralized finance is a plus.

• Requirements Gathering: Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives.
• Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions and strategies.
• Process Improvement: Support the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product, development, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and project updates.
• User Research & Testing: Assist in conducting user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine business solutions.
• Trends & Best Practices: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in business analysis, particularly those relevant to fintech and DeFi.
