System Administrator (offline)

We are looking for a Strong Middle System Administrator to join our IT team to solve a range of tasks to ensure the functionality of the internal infrastructure, support the operation of processes and provide technical support to users.
 
Responsibilities

– Setting up, monitoring, and ensuring smooth operation of Active Directory, GPO 

– Creating, configuring, and administering virtual machines, allocating resources on virtualization hosts 

– Linux/Windows servers administration 

– Responding to incidents and problems related to the operation of systems 

– Providing technical support to users and other departments of the company 

– Providing development teams with test environments, optimizing and automating this process 

– Asset Lifecycle Management 

– Maintain up-to-date documentation of configurations, processes and procedures. 

– Administration of MS365, GWorkSpace ecosystems 

– Implementation and support of IT processes and new services 
 

Requirements

– 5+ years of experience as System Administrator 

– Understand networking principles. DHCP, DNS, VPN, ip addressing. Diagnosis of network faults. 

– Virtualization systems XEN/XCP, VmWare. Knowledge of the XEN virtualization system at the level of maintaining operability, preventing emergency situations, identifying the causes of failure, promptly correcting errors. xen orchestra (community edition) 

– Monitoring of Zabbix, Nagios, and Grafana at the level of settings and system administration 

– Windows/Linux knowledge at the administrator level 

– MS 365/GWorkSpace  knowledge at the administrator level 

– Jira/ClickUp knowledge on task management level 

– Confluence/ClickUp knowledge at the documentation level 

– Multitasking, keeping focus on the result 

– Ability to find new approaches and innovative solutions in different situations 

– Excellent communication skills 

– Attention and thoroughness 

 

Nice to have 

– Ansible, Puppet or Chef, IP telephony, MySQL, MSSQL
