Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Develop detailed business process models and system workflows.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
• Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and optimize processes.
• Facilitate communication between business units and IT, ensuring alignment and clarity.
• Assist in project planning, management, and execution.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support business initiatives.
• Participate in Scrum events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
   

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a fintech or related industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in creating detailed business documentation and specifications.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
   

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of financial products and services, particularly those relevant to SMEs.
• Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio).
• Understanding of data integration and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles and design thinking.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience will be a plus).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
   

Work Methodology:

• We utilize the Scrum framework, emphasizing collaboration, adaptability, and deliverability.
• Regular participation in grooming sessions to refine and estimate the product backlog.
• Engage in iterative sprint cycles to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
   

Working Hours:

• Standard working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (German time), Monday to Friday.
