Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Sales/Business Development Manager or Sales account executive (2+ years) for service businesses, IT Outsourcing, B2B
  • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Experience setting relationships and closing deals with C-level executives
  • Strong sales profile, lead-gen orientation, strong analytical skills
  • Account development experience
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence
  • Good understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Good understanding of outsourcing models
  • General understanding of web development
  • Good understanding of Sales and Marketing funnels
  • Level of English: Advanced
  • Strong knowledge of IT industry
  • Understanding of SLDC
     

Responsibilities

  • Regular business trips
  • Hands-on Sales activities
  • Collaborating with Delivery Team (PM, BA, Designers, Devs, QA) in order to respond to clients’ requests (analysis, estimates, CVs, etc.)
  • Creating and Presenting Proposals
  • Conducting a cycle of the engagement from the first contact to the signing of the contract
  • Closely work with the other Sales Managers, LeadGeneration Team and Marketing team to analyse potential markets (geography & industry) to engage leads
  • Leverage CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipeline
  • Participate in designing Sales plans, objectives and metrics to realize created strategy
  • Conducting Daily/Weekly/Monthly meetings with the Sales Team
  • Search for new sales opportunities and channels to attract new customers
  • Identify, design, develop and implement market-driven strategies to achieve the company’s goals
  • Leading Sales team by your example: building team OKRs, weekly/monthly plans, reviews, education campaigns
  • Business trips and on-site personal meetings with potential and existing partners
