🎯Job Requirements:

 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging, personalized messages for potential clients;
  • Proactive problem-solving to identify and overcome challenges to achieve booked call targets;
  • Proven experience working with HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Expandi;
  • 1+ years of experience in IT sales to U.S.-based companies;
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and power backup;
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English language proficiency or higher;

  • Experience in B2B sales within outsourcing, SaaS, or IT services industries;
  • Experience managing outreach campaigns and communicating with Business Development Managers;
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn outreach strategies and platform features;
  • Familiarity with social selling techniques and brand building;

     

πŸ“ŒKey Responsibilities:

 

  • Conducting proactive and creative LinkedIn outreach campaigns;
  • Maintaining and updating Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and Buyer Persona (BP) information, including pain points and objections;
  • Managing CRM data and tracking all interactions with potential leads;
  • Scheduling introductory calls and securing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from prospects;
