Marketing Manager (Influencer Program)

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and execute our influencer marketing strategies for Eco and future game releases. The ideal candidate will have:

- A deep understanding of the gaming industry and influencer ecosystem

- A robust network of influencer relationships

- A proven track record of managing successful influencer campaigns.

You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with influencers in different countries, running events, developing creative campaign ideas, and analyzing performance metrics to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to promote Eco and upcoming titles.

- Identify, recruit, and build relationships with gaming influencers across various platforms (e.g., Twitch, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).

- Coordinate and manage influencer campaigns, including contract negotiations, content creation, and campaign execution.

- Run special events for streamers, connecting them in unique Eco scenarios

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to optimize future strategies.

- Collaborate with developer teammates to align support influencer events and implement feedback.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging influencers to ensure our influencer program remains competitive and innovative.

Qualifications:

- 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the gaming industry.

- Proven track record of managing successful influencer campaigns from conception to execution.

- Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools to measure campaign performance.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and internal teams.

- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative campaign and event ideas.

- Passion for video games and a deep understanding of the gaming community.
