Please note that this role is heavily equity-based, with compensation structured as 90% stock options and 10% salary.

Requirements:

-5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in mobile applications;

-Ambition to create a truly exceptional product around AI while maintaining a balanced approach between innovation and practical business development;

-Knowledge of the mobile application development lifecycle, and experience with various technologies and programming languages;

-Experience conducting marketing research and customer development, defining and implementing market entry strategies;

-Experience applying the Lean Startup approach in product development;

-Experience in developing software products for the US and EU markets;

-Excellent project management, team management, and budget management skills;

-Knowledge of the latest trends in Web/Mobile UI/UX;

-Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities:

-Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring it meets the market needs and stays ahead of the competition;

-Manage the product lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, implementation, and support of new features;
-Searching for the best business solutions, optimal in terms of time and workload, considering the complexity of the project;

-Coordinate the work of the development team, including task allocation, deadline control, and ensuring code quality;

-User feedback analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret user feedback to continuously improve product features and user experience.
