Please note that this role is heavily equity-based, with compensation structured as 90% stock options and 10% salary.

Requirements:

-5+ years of prior experience in a similar role;

-Having experience working with SaaS products;
-Experience in the promotion of products on Tier-1;

-Experience in building effective marketing strategies;

-Excellent analytical skills and using data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends -Proficiency in optimizing and executing SEM, SEO, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, Google Ads, Quora Ads;

-Upper-intermediate level of English;

-Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

-Create and test lead generation marketing hypotheses to attract potential customers.

-Create and execute marketing strategies.

-Work with CRM systems to effectively manage customer relationships and increase conversion rates.

-Develop an email marketing strategy using UniSender, Mailchimp, or any other platform.

-Conduct analytics, including analyzing target audience, market, and competitors to identify key opportunities and trends (including the creation of CJM).

-Experience in forming and managing a marketing team, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
