IT Ops Engineer (offline)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled IT Ops Engineer to join our team and contribute to the enhancement of our internal tools, services, and infrastructure. As an IT Ops Engineer, you will focus on ensuring a smooth work experience for our employees by managing and monitoring key IT systems and services. Your responsibilities will include setting up and provisioning Microsoft Exchange/Azure/Office365 accounts, managing various SaaS services, and ensuring the security and accessibility of these services. You will also provide technical support to employees, manage hardware deployments and upgrades, and configure security policies to safeguard our IT environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor Microsoft Exchange/Office365/Azure Infrastructure.
  • Handle Single Sign-On (SSO) management.
  • Deploy, account for, upgrade, and support hardware.
  • Manage software licenses.
  • Set up user accounts and support the onboarding process.
  • Provide technical support to employees.
  • Perform the initial setup of laptops for users.
  • Configure security policies.
  • Monitor and resolve issues related to user laptops, accounts, etc.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar position.
  • Networking skills (TCP/IP, IP routing, LAN switching, VPN tunneling).
  • Virtualization technologies skills (KVM/HyperV/Xen).
  • Advanced system management skills.
  • Advanced Windows management skills.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.


Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with GCP management.
  • Experience with Atlassian, Teams, Slack, Figma, Miro user management.
