Role Overview: As an HR BP Specialist, you will play a important role in managing our internal HR processes and fostering a vibrant community around our brand. You will be one of the persons responsible for promotion of HR services to various businesses, organizing the entire client engagement process from initial interest to post-offer support. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for developing the company and expanding our market reach.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Internal HR Management:
    • Oversee and manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a productive and compliant work environment.
    • Support internal staff with HR-related issues and ensure a positive workplace culture.
  • Community Development:
    • Build and nurture a strong community around our brand, engaging with IT professionals and stakeholders.
    • Organize and participate in events, meetups, and online forums to promote our brand and services.
    • Create and manage content for community engagement, including social media posts, newsletters, and blog articles.
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify potential clients and generate leads for our HR services.
    • Conduct sales presentations and meetings with prospective clients to showcase our offerings.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Client Process Management:
    • Coordinate the entire client engagement process from initial contact to post-offer support.
    • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored HR solutions.
    • Ensure timely and efficient communication with clients, providing regular updates and feedback.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience or desire to grow in HR management, community development, and sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Passion for the IT industry and a commitment to helping IT 
    professionals succeed.
  • At least B1 Upper Intermediate level of Englsh
