Lead generation specialist

IT Delight was founded in 2012 and has grown into a team of 80+ professionals with a solid portfolio of completed projects.

 

We are highly experienced in delivering complex business and e-commerce solutions, with an increasing number of satisfied clients worldwide.

 

Now we are looking for a Lead generation specialist who will work in close cooperation with our Sales manager.

 

Requirements:

- Experience on similar role in IT company 1+ year;

- Experience in email, LinkedIn (Sales Navigator);

- Knowledge of any Sales CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, etc.);

- Fast learner with excellent communication and analytical skills;

- Desire to develop your skills in customer communication and sales;

- English - Intermediate or higher.

 

Responsibilities:

- Searching for qualified leads on different platforms (Upwork, LinkedIn,etc.)

- Searching for reliable resources for lead generation;

- Working in close cooperation with the Sales manager;

- Maintain the lead database;

- Identifying opportunities to improve company performance by improving processes of client engagement.

 

Would be a plus:

- Residence in Germany;
- German - Intermediate or higher.

- Experience in Upwork outbound sales;

 

Working terms:

- Flexible schedule with 8-hour work day.

- Paid vacation (15 days per year);
