Technical Recruitment Lead (offline)

We are looking for an experienced professional with strong IT recruitment background who is well aware of industry trends and will enjoy building recruitment processes and developing the team’s capabilities.

Responsibilities:

 

• Manage a recruitment team of at least 10 people, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Leverage your experience in outstaffing companies to identify and attract top IT talent for client needs. (Experience in recruitment agencies is a plus!)

• Develop and implement effective search and sourcing strategies to fill a diverse range of IT vacancies.

• Communicate directly with clients, understanding their specific requirements and exceeding their expectations.

• Possess a deep understanding of modern technologies across various IT specialties.

• Utilize data-driven approaches to manage team performance and optimize recruitment processes.

• Experience with recruiting for positions in the global market (Eastern and Central Europe)

• Contribute to market expansion initiatives and identify new talent pools.

 

Qualifications:

 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a recruitment team (ideally 10+ people).

• Proven track record of success in the outstaffing industry.

• Strong understanding of IT recruitment best practices.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and a willingness to learn and adapt.

• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

• Advanced English language skills (written and spoken).
