IT Sales Manager (with TeamLead options)

Responsibilities:

β€” Lead and manage the sales team, allocating 80% of your time to client acquisition and relationship management.

β€” Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the IT sector.

β€” Build and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

β€” Lead by example in client acquisition efforts, actively prospecting and closing deals with potential clients.

β€” Oversee lead generation activities and sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

β€” Provide mentorship and guidance to sales team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

β€” Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team.

β€” Stay abreast of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and risks.

 

Requirements:

β€” Proven experience in a sales leadership role, with a strong track record of success in the IT sector.

β€” Familiarity with Magento, Java, and JavaScript stack is highly desirable.

β€” Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

β€” Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

β€” Strong business acumen and understanding of the IT industry landscape.

β€” Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a focus on coaching and developing team members.
