We're in search of an enthusiastic Support Operations Assistant who's passionate about finance, fluent in German, and eager to make a difference.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

-CRM Data Management: Maintain up-to-date client information in our CRM for top-notch service.

-Financial Plan Creation: Utilize our platform for generating financial plans and proposals, guiding clients towards informed decisions.

-Insurance Contract Inquiries: Address questions and make changes to insurance contracts, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.

-Document Preparation: Produce important documents, such as cancellations and modifications, following up as necessary.

-Data Analysis: Generate reports on sales, client activity, and revenue, aiding strategic decisions.

-Operational Support: Assist with client inquiries on insurance coverage extensions, demonstrating problem-solving prowess.
