DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland);

That's why we are looking for a Talented Recruiter (part-time) to help us build our team of professionals!

Your responsibilities:

- Determine needs with the personnel in our company

- Create and post job descriptions on job portals

- Search for candidates

- Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process

- Help managers with decision-making

- Create reports and participate in general meetings/company planning

What do we expect from you?

- Experience in recruiting (preferably marketing positions and customer support) at least 1-2 years.

- Proficiency in written and spoken English (B2 level and above)

- Strong communication skills

- Attention to detail
