Requirements

- Deep understanding of adult learning principles;

- Knowledge of teaching methodology (e.g., Kolb cycle or others), proficiency in various teaching methods and techniques;

- Familiarity with methods and tools for assessing the effectiveness of learning;

- Ability to analyze training needs and develop corresponding training programs and materials;

- Ability to customize training programs according to stakeholder requests and learner needs;

- Experience in using modern technologies and platforms for training;

- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly and persuasively present information both orally and in writing;

- Project management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines;

- Understanding of Group Dynamics principles, ability to work with them.

English B2.

Will be plus

- Understanding of basic marketing and advertising principles;

- Basic knowledge of traffic sources and peculiarities of affiliate program management.

Soft Skills

- Initiative and independence in decision-making;

- Ability to motivate and inspire the team to achieve high results;

- Flexibility and adaptability to changes in a rapidly evolving business.

Responsibilities

- Management and development of the trainer team, including task planning, motivation, training, and professional development of team members;

- Planning and coordination of training projects, monitoring deadlines and quality, adaptation of projects to changing business requirements;

- Close interaction with department heads, SMEs, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of training programs with business goals;

- Analysis of training needs in the segment (hard & soft skills);

- Implementation of new training approaches for newcomers and existing segment employees;

- Development and implementation of training programs;

- Implementation of innovative teaching methods (microlearning, gamification, mobile learning, etc.);

- Regular monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of training programs;

- Continuous improvement and adaptation of training programs based on evaluation results and feedback, as well as changes in business requirements and industry;

- Creating and maintaining a culture of continuous learning in the segment, motivating employees for self-development and professional growth;

- Search and implementation of innovative approaches and technologies in the field of training and development to improve the effectiveness and engagement of teams in the learning process.
