Requirements:

• Experience as RTE
• Project/Program Management experience in IT operations, software development, or technology-focused industry.
• Previous technical background.
• Passionate with process definition, formalization, optimizations, and implementation.
• Certified Scrum Master is a big plus.
• Experience in communicating with program stakeholders at all levels across multiple business units.
• Experience in building and launching new software, automated processes, and security controls.
• Experience in shipping software, delivering automated processes, and implementing enterprise-grade infrastructure.
• Experience in coordinating efforts to scope, schedule and deploy new automated processes, software, or hardware.
• Proven track record leading projects and helping your team achieve goals.
• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.

English level: Upper intermediate

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the Release Train across the Client's Platform (Platform Services, Data Services, Application).
• Coach leaders, teams and scrum masters on the Release Train processes and mindsets.
• Ensures alignment of work against Strategic Priorities, roadmap, customer commitments and short/long term goals.
• Facilitate Release Train processes: Release Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Release and feature go/no-go meetings, Release retrospectives, etc.
• Owns release level operational real time dashboards.
• Works with Teams to define and groom assets (epics and stories) for upcoming releases.
• Communicate release train progress and risks to Teams and Stakeholders.
• Proactively helps in managing cross team dependencies.
• Continuously improves the release process through retrospectives and other feedback methods.
