### Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both mobile and web application design, with specific experience in e-commerce applications. This role demands a creative individual who is adept at wireframing, discussing product ideas with clients, and contributing to marketing materials, branding, and logo design. The UX/UI Designer will play a crucial role in enhancing our product's user experience and interface, making it intuitive, engaging, and accessible to our users.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces, focusing on mobile apps and web applications.

- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions, making strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.

- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.

- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to gather insights for design improvements.

- Utilize modern Design Systems such as Flowbyte, and familiar classics like Material Design, to enhance and streamline the design process.

- Participate in client discussions, understanding their needs and translating them into design concepts and prototypes.

- Contribute to marketing initiatives by assisting with the design of marketing materials, branding, and logo design.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

Qualifications:

- Proven UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on mobile and web apps, particularly in the banking sector.

- Minimum of 2 years of professional design experience.

- Proficiency in wireframing tools Figma and FigJam and a solid grasp of design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).

- Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.

- Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.

- A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.

- Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.

- A strong ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to teams and clients.

- Experience with creating and using design systems to facilitate the design process.

- A plus if you have experience assisting with marketing materials, branding, and logo design.
