Salesforce Implementor/Consultant

Synebo, a leading provider of Salesforce solutions, is seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Implementer/Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Implementer/Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the implementation and optimization of Service Cloud solutions, with a specific focus on Field Service for NHBC (National House Building Council).

💻 Responsibilities:

— Perform technical configuration tasks within the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Service Cloud implementation for NHBC.

— Actively participate in scrum meetings to provide support and updates on project progress.

— Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs encountered during the implementation process.

— Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including configuration workbooks and installation guides.

⭐ Requirements:

— Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation projects, specifically in Service Cloud.

— At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English.

— Proficiency in technical configuration within the Salesforce platform. (Development knowledge is not required)

— Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.

— Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

— Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
