✅ Why the position is open:

We are growing rapidly and are therefore looking for an ambitious, ethical and experienced HR Director with sparkling eyes who will lead the Personnel and Communication department. We understand that further growth is only possible with a great executive in this role. Disclaimer: This role has not previously existed in the company.

What you will be doing:

🧠 Interacting with the team in Polish and English (minimum level of 2 languages is C1)

🧠 Developing and implementing HR strategy for the whole company

🧠 Creating a system of training, onboarding and adaptation of new team members

🧠 Managing the Personnel and Communication department and being responsible for its results

🧠 Shaping and influencing organizational culture

🧠 Managing the flow of communication in a 100% remote company

🧠 Managing statistics and KPI's

🧠 Being responsible for the growth of team players' statistics
