Sales Development Representative (offline)

Responsibilities

– research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events

– utilize tools and platforms to gather prospect information and create a pipeline of potential customers

– initiate contact with leads through emails, and LinkedIn

– schedule appointments with qualified leads

– maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

– track and report on lead generation and qualification metrics regularly

.– stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to enhance prospect engagement strategies

– embrace a proactive and innovative approach to improve lead generation and qualification processes

– collaborate on content for lead generation efforts

 

Requirements

– excellent communication and writing skills in English

– former experience in similar positions
