Telemarketing Lead (offline)

Who we are looking for:

 

- 3+ years of experience in a Customer Support or Tele-Sales role, with at least 1 year in a Telemarketing/Head of Call Center or similar leadership position in the iGaming industry;

- Technically savvy and analytical approach.

- Exceptional proficiency in English (B2+).

- Natural communicator with outstanding leadership, mentoring, and training skills.

- Robust sales and negotiation abilities.

- Positive, driven individual who thrives in fast-paced and dynamic settings.

 

Your main tasks involve:

 

- Set up the structure, strategy, and operations for the Telemarketing Department from scratch (call center).

- Take full responsibility for establishing and hitting the team’s KPIs, ensuring consistent performance.

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline operations and boost efficiency.

- Act as the primary mentor and trainer for telemarketing agents, fostering a culture of excellence.

- Serve as the main support contact, providing ongoing assistance to team members.

- Manage and organize the team’s schedules and rosters to optimize productivity.

- Monitor client performance, aligning incentives with business goals and compliance requirements.
