Requirements:

- a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in motion design, specifically with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D projects;

- proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, and animation;

- proficiency in post-production software, including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related Adobe Creative Suite applications;

- strong understanding of motion theory, color composition, and visual aesthetics;

- excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to work across different time zones and cultures.

Responsibilities:

- conceptualize, design, and create complex 3D motion graphics and visual effects for various media, including digital and social;

- collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project needs, narratives, and visual requirements;

- utilize advanced 3D modeling, animation, and rendering techniques to create innovative and visually stunning designs;

- stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in 3D design and animation tools and technologies.
